Jon graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2012, developing a reasoned and logical approach to explorative design based around specific environments; both Second and Third year projects dealt with issues of changes in water level and flooding. His final year project centred around a public promenade intertwined with a floating screen of flower beds in the river Tiber, Rome.
So far along his career towards architecture, Jon has worked in a number of practices in the UK and in China, working on developments in both residential and commercial sectors, and scaling from small boutique fashion stores to multistorey tower blocks. Having had the experience and opportunity to work both in the UK and overseas, Jon strives to continue to gain a broader understanding of different architectural approaches around the world.
